Grass Fed Devon Beef
We maintain a herd of purebred Devon cattle. Devons are hardy, adaptable and efficiently convert grass into high quality beef. We manage our herd using holistic methods, frequently rotating the cattle to fresh pasture year-round and never giving them additional growth hormones or antibiotics. Our beef is entirely grass-finished and is naturally low in fat and cholesterol and high in healthy omega-3 fatty acids, CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), vitamins, antioxidants and old fashioned flavor. Firefly Devon beef is sold in individual cuts that are USDA inspected and vacuum packed. We welcome inquiries about larger quantities.
